Annual December Songs sing along concert returns to Berwyn December 18
BERWYN IL - Music & Potlucks, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization will present “December Songs" on Thursday, December 18 at 7:00 pm. The live in-person sing along event takes place at The Friendly Music Community, 6731 Roosevelt Road in Berwyn.

“Mark is our jam master,” said Stephanie Kay, Music & Potlucks Co-Director. “Nobody in the Midwest and possibly the nation, has led more jam sessions and sing a longs. He has a magical way of involving people in the music and getting them to sing and play together.”
Dvorak will lead a program of familiar and traditional songs that revolve around the season.
“With the first spit of winter,” said the singer, “we brace ourselves. With the darkness and the coming of holiday lights, it’s time to again to dust off a handful of our December songs."
Dvorak will be accompanied by guitarist Ren Herr of Brookfield, Illinois and the Acoustic Neighbors Folk Chorus. Songbooks will be provided.

The event is free and is family-friendly. Those who attend are encouraged to bring a grocery bag or two of non-perishable food items and toiletries to be distributed to the Beyond Hunger Food Pantry in Oak Park, Illinois. Refreshments will be available.
