Folk artist Dvorak back home for Chicago appearance January 8

CHICAGO IL - Wishbone North, 3300 N. Lincoln Avenue, welcomes Chicago’s official troubadour Mark Dvorak back to its Sunday music series on January 8 at 7:00 pm. 

“Mark a favorite in Chicago and a legend at the Old Town School, ” said house manager Michael Greenberg. "His song writing is incredible and we’re excited to be able to present him again in our listening room. It will be a great start to the new year.”

“He’s the real deal,” said Bau Graves, Executive Director of Chicago’s Old Town School of Folk Music. ”Mark has made music his life and livelihood. He’s been a top faculty member at the school for more than twenty-five years. His performances are elegant, rich and powerful.”

Dvorak who still teaches at Chicago’s Old Town School and at the same time has kept up a busy tour schedule. 

“It’ll be good to be back home in Chicago for the new year,” said the singer. “I love the sound and the vibe at Wishbone. And the food is fantastic."
