On August 23, 2012 MD sat down for a visit with Chicago's artistic treasure, Peggy Lipschutz. In 1970, the Old Town School of Folk Music moved from its original location at 333 W. North Avenue, to the Aldine Building at 909 W. Armitage in Lincoln Park.

In 1970 Lipschutz created three portraits for the new site of the Old Town School where the images of folk icons Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger, along with blues legend Big Bill Broonzy have hung ever since.
